(The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible). 4. Thank you phil and david for this video. I’ve lost 30 pounds but have plated for months now. I’m going to use this video to help me out on those days I’m tight on time. Anyone can make 15mins to work out (doing two circuits). : )

I almost felt bad for Phil, he looked like was being tortured…then again most all of us look like we are being tortured when we exercise

This is the first time I watched the video AND did the workout while watching it.
To be honest, I didn’t do to well… Some of the workout moves were moves I’ve never done. But I’m willing to come back to this video for the next 30 days and try to see if I can improve my skills.
