Its been a month I got scalds on my arms with boiling water.The skin exposed after blister removal has blackened.New skin has yet to form.What care should I take.I do all my household work,I specially want to know that can I wash dishes with detergents with bare hands.?My hands are also burnt…..what other tips for good recovery?

I would never expose injured skin to detergents, always wear gloves. I would not use soap either, get a good plain non soap wash from your chemist.Something like Aqueous Cream which will soothe and cleanse. Wear only cotton against your skin, not wool or anything rough. Keep bare areas out of the sun or wind.

Do hiring managers look at accreditation when it comes to a degree in health care management? There are three schools that are are nearby me that offer this degree w slight variations: UTSA offers an MBA in Health Care Management – no accreditation; Trinity offers a M.S. in Health Care Administration; Texas State offers a Masters of Health Care Administration.. Trinity and Texas State’s programs are accredited by the CAHME however UTSA is the least costly of the three.

I guess it depends on whether you have experience in health care management.
The degree by itself is more or less useless – but it might get your foot in the door. From there you will have to prove yourself, and build up experience in order to get into a decent position.
Don’t expect to walk right in and be handed a good job.
