Q&A: What are some fitness activities that can be done with a group?

Question by skater_m: What are some fitness activities that can be done with a group?
I am in a grade 11 girls fitness class and I am looking for fitness workout that can be done with the whole or part of the class. Something challenging, that gets everybody moving. Any ideas?

these are often referred to as sports

obstacle course
a giant game of tag
circuit training
compitions

Go for a run. Do some fun cardio workouts like kickboxing, tae-bo, a dance workout…Zumba or a hip-hop workout would be really fun, gets you moving and grooooving! I think these would be better than sports if you want everyone to be moving the whole class. With sports you are standing around alot waiting your turn…iykwim.
