don’t shop grocery stores for vegetables, find veg shops (didn’t know they existed until i looked and they are so much cheaper.
Hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
i need advise if you work out in the morning should you eat something small before you work out and something after or do you eat after the work out any advice will be wonderful thanks

@waytooredheaded No i actually ment eat when a child eats his/her’s food. not eat what a child eats
or I forgot those withdrawls are horrible. but for me lasted only about a couple of months. then it stopped. now I don’t crave junk food anymore, or very limited amounts, I don’t need willpower to avoid eating junk even if it is around. I have pop around and sometimes chips and chocolates and I have no problem portion control with them now when before it was impossible. sometimes I throw stuff away cause I m not hungry and yes exercise will come in time don’t force it.

a low carb diet really works for this, it did for me, nothing else did, mszpul I suggest you read the article by stephanie seneff, google her name, if you do low carb do not restrict the fat, now after a long while being on low carb I can eat sweets again without having to eat a ton of it for satitety, also I can eat fruit and one serving of ice cream and do fine when before it was like half a gallon in two days thing. I take gtf supplement to help. I eat lots of fruit and veggies now.

you won’t lose weight without proper nutrition. Exercise itself is almost meaningless without proper nutrition.

did the same thing, lost 15lbs, but the cravings didn’t go away.
The only thing about it is, most low or sugar-free food tastes like crap.
exercise sucks! I am overweight and I walk to work everyday! It takes me 30 to 40 minutes to do so….and this is one way! Yet I do not loose the weight!!!!!! AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!
Natalie is also sweet and refined but unlike sugar she actually helps people.
thank you so much Natalie. I have been eating so much suger lately and it has been making me sick and depressed. I am sure my body is addicted to it, but hopefully now with your tips in mind, i can conquer those intense cravings and feel better!

This young lady is extremely pretty so made it difficult to concentrate on her subject matter. But what I like is how she makes these concepts very simple, rather than using a lot of hard-to-understand jargon

I hate soft drinks and package snacks so I touch it maybe once a month. However, I am craving for cakes and cookies almost every day.
I eat lots of fruits and vegetable and exercise intensively except that I have to eat cake or cookie everyday.
Plus I’m not overweight at all (5’2… quite short for a guy huh? and 120 pounds)

I am off sugar six days a week; I have found that I can still indulge ONE DAY ONLY per week. As long as I keep my body lean and fit, I find that I can tolerate a once-a-week indulgence.

I can’t believe you showing all this sugar in your video. Glad this isn’t about alcoholism and you’re showing beers and hard liquors. I’m not a sugar fan by any means but when I saw all those candies in the background…I had a craving. I can only imagine what it’s doing to an addict.
My friend K2 and I just gave up sugar 8 days ago. In your video you are showing tons of gorgeous sugar porn. Sodas, chocolates, candy, It’s good that we didn’t watch this on days 3/4 or we would have died. it gets easier after day 3/4. We cut out every type of sugar except 1 piece of fruit a day. Food tastes so much better after giving up sugar. Try it see how addicted you are. You can do it.
