I have 4 kids and am not heavy just out of shape. My stomach will never get back to the way it was after all those kids right? haha
Not to be crude, I’m not even into chix..Granted this woman is a pillar a physcal health, um..Are they real? Most girls I see in actual life that have that sort of definition are rather flat chested ,like a gymnast. I would like to get my breasts enhanced, however if she looks this way naturally, I NEED TO LEARN THOSE EXERSIZES!!!!

How long it take you to get that toned? This is actually a great workout, because since your keeping track you push to get better, and the wight lifting part is working your thighs and arms.
