It really helps but it has a lot of side effects.
1. it decreases the bone density to your pelvis
2. it falls apart quickly and shrinks (the Velcro is so cheap)
3. if water touches it, a black to purple dye leaks off it and colors your clothing or walls where you leave it to dry after you wash it, so imagine what it really is doing to your skin.
Get the belfit zipper belt instead.
It ruined my workout t-shirt,
This belt does the trick like most waist belts on sale will do. However one big problem, it has stained by tshirts a dirty black! I thought maybe I got a defective one and so I bought a second one. And tried it with a new clean tshirt. Well, after about 10 uses I now have another tshirt that’s ruined. The black stain won’t come off by laundering it. I even tried to hand wash the tshirt but no luck. I can’t believe nobody else is complaining about this product this way. I still use it for now, twice a week. But will buy some other brand and hopefully this won’t be a problem.
